Yoga Mix Studio LLC is proud to be celebrating its two year anniversary and to announce partnership
with Charlene Fox, an 18 year resident of Quail Valley. Charlene is a certified Transformation Meditation
Instructor and a double certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor/Teacher Trainer. She is also a massage therapist
since 1994 as well as a Massage therapy Instructor at San Jacinto College. In addition, Charlene is an Usui
Tibetan Reiki Master/Teacher as well as a certified Spiritual Aromatherapist and Level I Qigong Instructor.
She looks forward to sharing all of this and more at Yoga Mix Studio. Charlene is the Founder and Director of New
Millennium Project, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides complementary wellness and healing services to our
veterans and first responders. YMS is very honored and humbled to have her join in partnership with Deborah. YMS will
be adding Kundalini Yoga Classes, Massage & Aromatherapy, Reiki Sessions, meditation, qigong and much, much more.
On May 16th, YMS will be hosting an Open House from 12p to 6p to give the community an opportunity to
meet Charlene, tour the studio and try a class at no charge. There will be lite bites, beverages and door prizes.
Deborah and Charlene look forward to bringing to the community a sacred and safe place to come to, to relax,
release and let go! It will be a place for releasing stress and tension and bringing the mind, body and spirit
into balance.
