Kristin Bays “3-2-1 Kickoff” to Be Held at Red Brick Tavern

Candidate for 284th district judge sets up forum for discussion and entertainment

Kristin Bays, the Woodlands-based attorney who has announced her candidacy for Montgomery County’s 284th District Court, is hosting her “3-2-1 Kickoff” event as a fundraising and networking opportunity with residents throughout Montgomery County. The kickoff will be held on Tuesday, October 17 at the Red Brick Tavern, 119 Simonton Street in downtown Conroe. The festivities commence at 5:00 p.m. and go until 7:30 p.m.

Bays is seeking election to the 284th, a court that is dedicated solely to hearing civil – non-criminal – cases in Montgomery County. The current judge, Cara Wood, is retiring at the end of her term. Elections for this and other courts will be held next spring.

Bays invites interested persons to attend the event – which is open to the public – to learn more about her and the workings of the 284th. Guests will be treated to live entertainment, food and refreshments, and engaging conversation about the state of legal affairs throughout the county.

Bays also has an ongoing video series on her YouTube channel that educates local residents on judicial affairs and an educational Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/kristinbaysforjudge/. For more information, please visit www.baysforjudge.org.
