American professional golfer and founder of the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation, Jordan Spieth, will be honored at the 29th annual A Conversation With a Living Legend®, benefiting The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, on Monday, Nov. 5 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.
Chair Wade T. Nowlin Jr. and chair-elect Mary Martha Pickens will host Spieth as he shares his insights on becoming the youngest player to earn PGA TOUR membership, the 2015 Masters Tournament Champion and PGA TOUR Player of the Year. Proceeds will support MD Anderson’s Moon Shots Program™, an ambitious, comprehensive effort to significantly reduce cancer deaths and transform cancer care, inspired by America’s drive to put a man on the moon.

Conceived by Lyda Hill in North Texas in 1990, the live interview concept aimed not only to entertain but also to increase awareness of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center while raising funds to support its mission to end cancer. The event’s successful format has generated a total of more than $37.3 million through events in Dallas; Washington, D.C.; Las Vegas, Nevada; Atlanta, Georgia; Houston; and San Antonio.
